Simple Salmon met a Raman, going to the … wait. No, that’s not what this one is about, but it does inspire an idea. Maybe later.
This one is about Salmon and Spinach. (Popeye’s favorite meal, woo hoo!)
Two 1/4 pound salmon steaks
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Place salmon in small (8X8) pan lined with aluminum foil
Coat with olive oil (brush or rag OK)
Sprinkle with parsley, paprika, lemon and pepper to taste.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve with cooked leaf spinach.
